I was born in Uithuizen, The Netherlands on 14th June 1966. Uithuizen is a small town in the northern part of The Netherlands. Afther highschool, I graduated in Computing Science at Groningen University. In 1990 I moved to Utrecht (central part of the country) and since 2006 we live in Asia.
(2006-2009 in Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia and since July 2009 in Hong Kong).

At this moment I work as CIO at the IT-department of Fortis Insurance Asia Company (FICA) in Hong Kong.
