I was born in Uithuizen, The Netherlands on 14th June 1966. Uithuizen is a small town in the northern part of The Netherlands. Afther highschool, I graduated in Computing Science at Groningen University. In 1990 I moved to Utrecht (central part of the country) and since 2006 we live in Asia.
(2006-2009 in Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia and since July 2009 in Hong Kong).

I currently work as CIO at the IT-department of Ageas Insurance Company Asia in Hong Kong and am responsible for the IT department.
Between 2006 and 2009 I have worked at Etiqa Insurance & Takaful in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as Head Business Analyst.

Until May 2006 I have worked as Expert Consultant Front Office Solutions with IG&H Management Consultants in Woerden.
